Orders & Shipping
How fast is shipping?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then shipped via our free standard service which takes 3-7 business days. Total delivery time from order to door is 4-9 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on all U.S. orders - no minimum. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days in transit, plus 1-2 business days for order processing.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@luxelocksnycwighair.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Wig Questions
Are these human hair wigs?
Our wigs are made from premium heat-friendly synthetic fiber that looks and feels like natural hair. We are working on expanding our human hair collection soon!
Can I use heat styling tools?
Yes! Our wigs are heat-friendly up to 350�F (175�C). Always use low to medium heat settings for best results and to extend the life of your wig.
How do I put on a wig?
It's easier than you think! Check out our Size Guide and Wig Care Guide for step-by-step instructions.
How long do the wigs last?
With proper care, our synthetic wigs last 3-6 months of regular wear. See our Wig Care Guide for tips to maximize longevity.
Are the wigs adjustable?
Yes! Every wig has adjustable straps inside the cap to fit most head sizes (21-23 inch circumference). No pins or glue needed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Wigs must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@luxelocksnycwighair.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process within 1 business day.
