Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on unworn wigs in original packaging. This includes all sale and discounted items - every wig is covered. Contact us at support@luxelocksnycwighair.com to initiate a return.

Eligibility

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. LuxeLocks NYC offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders, so there is no original standard shipping charge to refund. Return shipping costs, if any, are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
