Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free on all U.S. orders - no minimum, no hidden fees.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time from order to door is 4-9 business days (1-2 day processing + 3-7 day shipping). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time through our website or the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@luxelocksnycwighair.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
